We aim to ship your products within the estimated timeframes; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds

- Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, we reserve the right to deny refund requests.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items such as personalized products, perishable goods, or digital downloads are non-refundable. This will be clearly specified at the time of purchase.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
